Tecnosistemi (earlier Italtel) started to support Etisalat in 1994 and created the unified countrywide corporate alarm monitoring system. The system is now installed in all the 7 emirates and provides real-time services via one sophisticated system architecture. Fully redundant, client-server, extremely reliable, represents the corner stone of alarm monitoring inside the largest UAE operator. Tecnosistemi over the years has expanded such critical infrastructure by adding new sites when and where required. A stringent SLA regulates the corrective maintenance.

Tecnosistemi started his activity in the United Arab Emirates, under formally the Italtel name, in the late 1994. The first project was the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a sophisticate Access Control and Alarm Monitoring system for Etisalat in the emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
