With a turnover of 30 million Euro and approximately 240 employees, Imesa is a leading European manufacturer of Medium and Low Voltage Switchboards, Disconnecting Switches in SF6 for indoor and outdoor Medium voltage, Supervision and Control Systems and Turn-Key Electrical Systems.

In 2006 Imesa took over the entire block of shares in TECNOSISTEMI FZ LLC, a company with registered offices in a Free Technology Zone of Dubai (Dubai Internet City) (United Arab Emirates). Tecnosistemi FZ LLC has many years of experience in the field of High Tech System Integration. In particular, the company specialises in field services (survey, design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty services, preventive and corrective maintenance) and turn-key solutions.

Its areas of expertise are the following: Telecommunications, Safety & Security, Information and Communications Technology. The company supplies specific products and customised solutions for real time monitoring of alarms and entrance surveillance at the highest levels of sophistication.

Thanks to Imesa’s experience in the field of renewable energies and its focus on new market opportunities, MARCHE ENERGIA srl was founded in 2010; its sole core business is the management of photovoltaic parks owned by the Schiavoni family.
In 2010 Marche Energia constructed three photovoltaic power stations with a total power of 3 MW, all in Marche Region.

The first project was the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a sophisticate Access Control and Alarm Monitoring system for Etisalat in the emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
